Mitch Matoga
Dr. Matoga is a physician with training in infectious disease epidemiology and implementation science. He is a Research Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Infectious Diseases at UNC Chapel Hill. He directs the STI research and clinical services program and leads the implementation science research unit at UNC Project-Malawi. He is the co-chair of the HIV Prevention Trials Network (HPTN) scientific committee on STIs. He is a member of WHO's technical advisory group on STIs and WHO's Gonorrhea Guideline Development Group.
