Zhenyi Gu
I am a second-year DPhil student in Professor Christoph Tang’s lab at the University of Oxford. My project focuses on lipooligosaccharide (LOS) engineering for Neisseria gonorrhoeae outer membrane vesicle (OMV) vaccines. My research involves LOS profiling across clinical isolates, LOS glycan array construction, and investigation of the reactogenicity and immunogenicity of OMVs with different LOS structures.
